People with mental health continue to suffer neglect in terms of practical and sustainable support, there appears to be no programme of coordinated support to improve outcomes especially among the poor and marginalized. Besstel believes it is about time to support and help individuals with mental health difficulties to receive high quality treatment, care and support in a manner that is dignified to ensure their long term and sustained recovery.
